wrong with your recent actions. By creating an account in MiniTokyo , you agreed
to follow rules that are specified in the MiniTokyo Policy ( MT Policy & Submissions&Submitting
)
You submitted something under the wallpaper category with which you have
violated one of these points, namely you took a wallpaper that was not created
by you and submitted it here to MT. This as I already informed you is called
ripping and therefore according the the policy (to which you agreed by signing
up to MT) is banned. The only exception from that rule are so called
"official wallpapers" which you can submit as scans but then obviously
rules for scan submissions start to apply.
Consider this your 1st warning, continue
to do so, which means two more strikes and you will be permanently banned from
the MT community. I do not want to seem rude or harsh on you but rules are rules
and if you don't abide by them consequences do arise.
Should you have any questions please direct them to help section of the
forum.

thanks for the comment on my noir wall ^^ lol i was only annoyed cause i couldnt
vector the scan ^^' that would have made it a whole lot better than it just
being a plain extracted scan =P well i appreciated your comment =D
